Additional comments and observations The atmosphere was: Beautiful samples. I wish I had brought my camera for a reminder of what can be done. Complexity of the recipes: The looked simplier than they were trying to get the consistancy correct. The skills that I learned were: It will be fun to make "fancier" cookies to give out in exchanges now instead of some of the typical standards The overall experience was: Enjoyed myself.
