The instructor was: Loved the history and background of Linda's experience and the heritage tea cups that she shared with us.

The atmosphere was: Linda has a warm, casual style that made the class very relaxing and enjoyable. We didn't feel overwhelmed or rushed during the preparation or eating time so it was a wonderful midday break for everyone.

Complexity of the recipes: I'm inspired to try them at home and entertain some of my friends!

The food was: Great selection of recipes that combined extremely well as a whole tea service.

The skills that I learned were: The tips that Linda added to the class (chopping onions, hard cooking eggs, cutting mangoes) were excellent!!! Making my own curry powder was one of the highlights of the class for me. One question - Is there any way to get the chocolate to harden up on the strawberries and shortbread cookies? It was a little too soft and got kind of messy when we were eating it.

The overall experience was: Would highly recommend this class to anyone who enjoys cooking and especially afternoon tea food. Linda breaks it down to simple dishes that can easily be made at home.
