The instructor was: enjoyed her sense of humor and professionalism blended together
The atmosphere was: all depends on the mix of people you get
Complexity of the recipes: could have been a bit more challenging for me, but I still learned some new things
The food was: some were so similar to things I make that I didn't find them all that new but most were new and several were new and excellent!
The skills that I learned were: I probably know a bit more than most people
The overall experience was: had a really good time, but again, much depends on who else is in the class, so I could see that it could be worse and it could be better
