Additional comments and observations
Chef Linda was nice; a little strict, but overall very knowledgeable. The whole kitchen was a little small for 14 people. Also, it was more disorganized than I would have liked (e.g. not all of the ladies tied their hair back, we didn't get to learn everything since we weren't assigned stations). The food we made was delicious, and the tools we used were also very interesting and the overall experience was great! I'd take another class. |
