The instructor was: and informative. Linda explained every detail of the recipe and even had drawn a map of where Morocco was located on the African continent.

The atmosphere was: Our teacher and helpers were friendly and helpful and all the "students" responded to them in a cheerful way.

The food was: We hadn't tried some of the spices bvefore but they were a pleasant surprise and not as hot as I thought they would be.
