Additional comments and observations

The instructor was: Instructor is very knowledgable regarding canine nutrition. I liked the mini-lecutres in between recipes. She is very passionate about the subject and I think that helps motivate the students.

The food was: Not exactly sure as it was for our beloved dogs. However, the home made peanut butter was quite tasty and did not survive the course.

The skills that I learned were: mixing the batter for kibles by hand, probably useful for a lot of recipes

The overall experience was: However, from the previous course I had high expectations.
