The instructor was: He was informative, passionate about cooking, funny, very helpful, approachable and very patient.
The atmosphere was: We were a small group but it was great, very intimate, and became a team right away.
Complexity of the recipes: Initially I thought it would be difficult but Dana let me jump in and provided many opportunities of encouragement. So I walked away feeling I could try a few recipes on my own when I've never done any of these breads.
The food was: All the breats were so good and the bonus strawberry freeze
The skills that I learned were: I don't really know how to cook and walked out of class feeling like I could really do some of these breads. I learned a lot from everyone.
The overall experience was: Truelly, it was an increible experience for me. I would love to take another class with Dana and additional beginner classes at Pans on Fire!
