Additional comments and observations The instructor was: She did a good job of personalizing our experience, called everyone by name The food was: The recipes were great. Meatballs were fantastic and we learned lots of new tricks and best practices. A bit more salt than we usually cook with. Also think including a glass of wne for parents would be a nice touch. The overall experience was: My family had lots of fun.

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Dana was a great teacher and very personable. He made everyone feel comfortable and involved! Complexity of the recipes: Great recipes, easy to follow and prepare! The food was: Outstanding meal.....fun to prepare and delicious to eat! The skills that I learned were: Some great tips! The overall experience was: Loved it, my son and I had a great time!
