The instructor was: She did a good job of personalizing our experience, called everyone by name

The food was: The recipes were great. Meatballs were fantastic and we learned lots of new tricks and best practices. A bit more salt than we usually cook with. Also think including a glass of wne for parents would be a nice touch.

The overall experience was: My family had lots of fun.

The instructor was: Dana was a great teacher and very personable. He made everyone feel comfortable and involved!
