I was very excited to take the class, my first. I am not a cook nor do I aspire to be one. However, I do like to eat and have been wanting to try cooking with the chilies. Today I bought all the supplies to make the enchilada sauce and plan to make the chili verdi you mentioned if we added a pork roast. I was the one in class who only smelled the food, but it smelled wonderful. I'm also dieting and your way of showing us how to cook these dishes healthily will be perfect! Thank you.
