I enjoyed the samples I took home with me with a cup of tea. I like the way Linda always adapts to the circumstances. The weather was not ideal, but Linda explained thee impact and carried on.

Too Many people for the space. Too many flavor choices. I would have preferred fewer choices to compare recipes and outcomes.

I very much enjoyed this class/workshop. I was actually glad to see the weather effects on the egg whites .they may not have looked ready foe a bakery but were all yummy. Loved the flavor combos people came up with. Our group made 2 recipes and wished people would have stopped eating our chocolate cookies before we could fill the!
