The instructor was: This was an AMAZING class. Linda is clearly very knowledgeable and provided some very good information throughout the class. Andy was very entertaining, providing really interesting information about olive oil and balsalmic vinegar processes as well as personal stories.
The atmosphere was: We thoroughly enjoyed this class, even though we didn't get to cook ourselves.
Complexity of the recipes: The food tasted GREAT and the recipes seem really simple (though we haven't had a chance to try them out ourselves just yet).
The food was: The cabbage and potato salad were both amazing. I could have eaten the entire plate!!!
The skills that I learned were: I was amazed at how simple all 3 recipes were to make!
The overall experience was: For a FREE class, this class was absolutely insipiring!!! Please offer more like these!!!!
