The instructor was: This was an AMAZING class. Linda is clearly very knowledgeable and provided some very good information throughout the class. Andy was very entertaining, providing really interesting information about olive oil and balsalmic vinegar processes as well as personal stories.

The atmosphere was: We thoroughly enjoyed this class, even though we didn't get to cook ourselves.

Complexity of the recipes: The food tasted GREAT and the recipes seem really simple (though we haven't had a chance to try them out ourselves just yet).

The food was: The cabbage and potato salad were both amazing. I could have eaten the entire plate!!!

The skills that I learned were: I was amazed at how simple all 3 recipes were to make!

The overall experience was: For a FREE class, this class was absolutely insipiring!!! Please offer more like these!!!!

The instructor was: great chef !!!- informative, knowlegable- clear - answered all questions well - cordial

The atmosphere was: comfortable - can see and hear everything clearly - very clean

Complexity of the recipes: learn lots of useful things - that you can use everyday common ingredients

The food was: This was the best class I've attended as far as taste! I can't wait to try the cabbage and the potato salad.

The skills that I learned were: I learned proper way to cut a cabbage - as well as great recipes demonstrated clearly

The overall experience was: Great class. Can't wait till next time.
