The instructor was: This was my first cooking class and not only did I have a great time I came away with tip you can't get from following recipes!
The atmosphere was: The Chef and kitchen helpers were fun to be around, they made you feel at ease in the kitchen.
Complexity of the recipes: Loved everything! The meals came out as well as if we were in a restaurant, yet WE made them and I know I can do it again at home!
The food was: Awesome!
The skills that I learned were: I learned many tips along during the evening, from knife skills to food prep to when to heat a pan, so many things I have been doing wrong in the past.
The overall experience was: I wasn't sure what I would come away with, and was not sure how much fun I'd have going without a friend, but the class gave me confidence in the kitchen, and the others in the class made me feel like I was there with friends.
