Had such a great time with some entertaining people. Chef James was a delight in the kitchen and taught us all some great tricks.

The instructor was: Linda was great with showing and explaining cooking and chopping techniques.

The atmosphere was: The kitchen was humming with laughter as all 13 of us worked on teams cooking a wonderful dinner, and dessert.

Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were very easy to follow

The food was: We tried food that we never had before, and it was great

The skills that I learned were: I learned that I have been chopping with a knife wrong for over 20 years. Thank you Linda for showing me how to use a chopping knife correctly.

The overall experience was: My husband and I will sign up for another cooking class
