Complexity of the recipes: I think they were great for kids.

The skills that I learned were: Everytime we take a class Linda or Rita gives us great cooking tips. I learned a new way to cut an onion that will make it so much easier. I always walk away w/a really handy cooking technique. My kids do, too.
