The instructor was: Linda made the class fun, but also a learning experience
Complexity of the recipes: learned how easy it was to make your own sausage. learned how to make great hash brown potatoes.
The food was: all the food was wonderful, but the waffles were definitely yummy and the fritata I made (first time) was great.
The skills that I learned were: how to cut up an onion the right way and a leek the best way.
The overall experience was: we had a fun group. lots of laughter and we still managed to learn new things.
