Since it is such a small group, it would have been nice to do a quick intro of everyone. Name and where you live and cooking level. While I really enjoyed the class, I would have liked to have had an opportunity to be involved in cooking every recipe. This may not be feasible because of the set up. Would like to have had the recipe booklet during class to make notes on. So many great tips from Linda! |
