The instructor was: As always Linda was fun with lots of information, with a plus of having Dana, too. They make a good team.

The atmosphere was: Very fun, and easy going for a home cook.

The food was: Every part of the meal was delicious. The pretzels were to die for! Dana's spaetzle was yummy! I enjoyed all the different tastes, the beer & wine tastings.

The skills that I learned were: I will have no fear of trying these new recipes, adding them to my repertoire.

The overall experience was: I enjoyed the group setting, and enjoying meeting people that enjoy cooking, too.
