Linda- I love your classes. I agree it was tough with the large group of friends. They were nice and fun but it was more about their party and not the food. Love the new chef. I am looking forward to our private event. The only thing I would say is the helper was very sweet but did more of the work and less teaching. I would like to see her teach and then watch. BUT we did have trouble with people abandoning their preparation duties so that may be why she did more work??? Thanks! I loved the paella!

If the class was offered as entertainment and some learning, as I feel it was, then it was a success. Other classes you offer look to be heavier in the learning category appropriate for those with those aspirations. I was looking for the first and came away very satisfied.
