Dear Linda-- was really happy to fit in this class on my visit. I really enjoyed the class as I always gain skills and then when you expound and broaden our views with your knowledge it gives us some extra perks of understanding. I already have the paella pan and can't wait to get back home to try my recipies. I have just learned to enjoy Prince Island Mussels as well. Thanks so much.Enjoy the thanksgiving feast days!
