Fun class. Would recommend more pantry items geared towards the dessert round! Laura, the assistant, was most helpful!!

I enjoyed the class, but thought that the competitive part of it detracted from an otherwise fun experience. In particular, having to rate and rank others detracted from an otherwise fun community feeling. I didn't mind the somebody-wins, somebody-loses aspect; just the part where we had to rank others and have them rank us. Having a different rating system that wasn't so competitive might improve this. For example, maybe the teacher(s) could just subjectively award a winner in each round, along with the reasons (for us to learn from). Or maybe the students could pick just their favorite (more positive than also picking their least favorite, which was the hard part for me), not counting their own. Anyway, fun class regardless. Just wondering if there was something that could make it more fun.
