I had so much fun. I don't "cook" fancy things, but after this class, I was truly inspired to try it :-). Thank you, Linda, for being approachable and fun!

When I attend a class lead by Linda, I can always depend on leaving with new knowledge and ways to improve what I already know...or thought I knew. And a bonus is having Linda demonstrate the use of really good guality kitchen equipment that makes cooking an art. Goodbye 45 year old pots and tools.

I love cooking and Linda just gave me a whole new set of skills. Love her love the class and the store. I was really expecting the class to be less instructive but it was so wonderful. I asked my family to get me more lessons for Xmas
