Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Dana seemed to be in eight places at once, helping and encouraging everyone. Really took the fear away from any new challenges! The atmosphere was: Wine makes everyone fast friends ;-) The skills that I learned were: Great time-saving techniques I didn't know before and also knife holding, sharpening, slicing techniques too - super!
