The pork tamales were delicious! The salad dressing was awesome! Thank you Linda for all your great kitchen techniques and cultural knowledge of foods.
Observation: Great set up for the class. Introduction and usefulness of appliances and gadget were very helpful.
Observation: the set up for these classes is great.
Suggestion: add on the approximate cost for this meal would be helpful for those who are on a budget.

The beginning was a little chaotic. Also, when extra bowls/ utensils were needed, there was only one Velma! Might be a good idea to have more implements of various sizes out on the counters or label the cabinets so that it's easier to find things in the kitchen (it's hard to cook in a strange kitchen, I know from experience!)
