Thanks for the extra time you devoted to the classes -- it's very much appreciated! Although instructing 3 back-to-back classes must be exhausting for you, the classes were extremely helpful and well worth every minute! Thank you! |

The class ran much longer than listed time. Although I appreciate the chef's willingness to give us more of her time and not rush the class (I felt I received more than my money's worth), I would suggest trying to end the class a little earlier or let people know when they sign up that listed time is an approximation and class may run longer. That way I could have planned for that better. |
