Tim and I had so much fun - and as always - I learned so much. It seems like it is all the "little tricks" that get shared that help you really become more comfortable in the kitchen - especially when it comes to stretching your ability and capability! The food was amazing - and, Chef Linda was great - John made us all smile. Thank you!! (And I loved the chestnuts - who knew?) |
