I love to bake, but I am extremely lacking in any artistic skill or coordination. Julia was so encouraging and helpful...The tips really did allow a novice like me. The class was fabulous! |

Time was limited in the hands-on portion of the class due to the complexity of mixing the icing to different textures and tinting. We spent most of the time doing this work and therefore rushed to practice the cookie decorating techniques. It was a bit cramped in the classroom. I would've appreciate a smidge more space. |
