Because I'm a novice, I'm amenable to all nuances. Have signed in for the cheese making experience. So looking forward to making the fresh mozzarella & ricotta. Hoping it will taste, at least similar, to my grandmother's. |

I shopped @ The Rolling Pin when you were housed @ the Brandon Mall. Visited the present location w/ family member interested in super cooking utensils, but not aware of the cooking experiences until now when I was invited to join my friend. |

This was my first experience, & so enjoyed it.Beyond my expectations! I especially enjoyed and found useful the way Barbara included the "why" of explanations she was sharing, making it much more meaningful. |
