I wish the recipe for mole was in a useable quantity. Forty servings is a little much for most of us! Also, some of it was in metric and some in pounds. Was a fun event, I enjoyed it all. |

More instructional rather than hands on. I am a pretty experienced cook at "normal" things so would like to learn the lesser known type of cooking (like the mole class!) |
