More baking. And Classes that are more difficult for us in the way that we might never attempt to make it unless we had a hands on teacher. Like the class you do offer of macaroons and Home made pasta, and strudel. Those kind of classes.

Looked in the middle, shopped at the end. The class was time sensitive so we had to keep working. I know in the past we have shopped in th middle during a break.

Chef was very informative, however, she was very serious. She waited too long to show us how to do the envelope on the letter and decorate top of strawberry. Most of us had already decorated them by then.
