Maybe give a bigger discount to students, although I don't think there is much to change.
Did you take advantage of the Cooking Class Discount before/during/after class? If not, why not?
While starting out a little shy, I gradually would put myself out there in cooking demonstrations. I believe the classes have made me a more knowledgeable and skilled cook.

No sure what you could do to make it more interesting. Maybe you could put on the shelves next to the cooking class entry the different products used for that class. I know that the products are available but this way you could see them as you leave the class

Chef Dave is an excellent. He brings humor along with his unlimited knowledge of cooking and cooking utensils. Every class I learned, or relearn, facts about food and how to make it better. It was a great experience. I look forward to the next series in addition to some of the wonderful other classes. Thank you Chef David for my first cooking series.
