maybe some classes with tuna involved (salmon was delicious) with sauces and/or glaze. A class on a type of sliced steak with sauces or glaze.

How did you discover our store?
Heard from friend in [wife] Zumba class that she assisted as a souz chef (prep) for the cooking class at Rolling Pin on a prior occasion and really enjoyed the experience. Then saw an ad in the newspaper for the event on Friday Night.

How can we improve your experience (Cooking Classes and/or Retail Store)? Feedback and/or short testimonial is appreciated!
Can you include a green vegetable on the menu in the future. But the salmon was excellent; and the tips on coating the cedar plank with grapeseed oil was welcomed as it kept the salmon from sticking and made clean up much easier. Husband gets 3-4 uses out of plank currently; the oil might extend this.

Did you take advantage of the Cooking Class Discount before/during/after class? If not, why not?
No - forgot when leaving. And the ensuing discussion on the couples who love their Green Egg distracted us (but enjoyed the discussion)
