Menus sholuld match dinner and better instructions if not verbally then written.

It was my first, and except for a few wrinkles I would come back for another one.

The class seemed very crowded, there was not a lot of room to move around in the kitchen. I would appreciate a little more instruction on what was expected as far as getting our supplies during the class (should we get them or the assistants). Maybe have an area where an assistant is making the recipe so that we could have a reference of what things should be looking like.

The first 30 minutes of the class were a bit stressful for me, but then our group got into a nice groove. Having a break to eat our food was great. All of the dishes we made were delicious and I look forward to making them at home.

I was really surprised at how Chef managed to make a very tasty meal out of grains that have very bland beginnings.
