We've taken classes before and this was the first time we were out of there by 8:30. Seemed way too quick.

Chef Cinzia scored a home run. Each dish was unique and delectable. The Asian shrimp toast was new to me and very tasty. While I've had many interpretations of shrimp and grits, this will be one of my all time favorites. Thank you Chef Cinzia for your dedication, hard work and preparation for a most memorable evening.

Always great food. In this instance the 2 main dishes were too spicy and rich for me but they were still flavorful. Loved the toast and dessert.
