I struggle with making anything with yeast. Chef Dave's class showed me I can do it myself! And fast! This was a delicious, confidence building, hands on course for experienced and novice cooks alike. What a blast! Very inspiring and skills used were easy to acquire. Well worth the money!

Introduced by family when I visited the area for work many years ago. Moved in 2014 and have been a regular visitor since.

This class is a perfect follow-up to the Knife Skills/Life Skills class since you use some of those skills to make the salad. One tip that may be useful in this class is to flour the peel, put the dough on it, then build the pizza on the peel. Also, if doing a "Pizza Party" or "Pizza Palooza" it's recommended to keep the oven/grill on the hotter side to allow the stone time to recover in between pizzas.
