It would be awesome if there were online versions or options of the some of the classes to attend - like in a Go To Webinar session. You could get the demo part of the class instruction & a copy of the recipes, and maybe somebody could read the questions from chat to the chef to answer (for a little less cost since food isn't included). I'm not sure if it would be better to live stream while in a regular class (when there are also in person guests) or have a separate online version only (just the chef doing the demo/for online guests only). It's food for thought! |
