What type(s) of cuisine or classes would you like to see more of on the calendar?
I prefer the hands on rather than just the demonstration classes. I would also suggest less prep by staff and more hands on by students, even if it means cooking a little less. |

In the end, it wasn't an issue, but in my opinion children should not be allowed in adult classes. |
