What type(s) of cuisine or classes would you like to see more of on the calendar?
I think a food/beer tasting class would be great. There is a thriving and creative craft beer scene in Tampa. There is Cigar City, Angry Chair, and 7venth Sun to name a few brewers. What you pair a porter with you probably wouldn't pair an IPA with. The local craft brewers really do think about how their beers pair with food. Another great class would be Southern cuisine. Also, I listened to Chef Dave discuss restaurants in Savannah with another class member. You may want to think of setting up a Rolling Pin culinary tour. I think Chef Dave would make an entertaining tour guide. A recipes found on Pinterest class might be fun. By the way, why isn't your shop on Pinterest? |

What a fun class! Chef Dave was entertaining and informative. The class was a unique and enjoyable date night out with my spouse. I highly recommend taking this class. |
