This was the first class I have taken (been wanting to for years). I was very impressed how every thing was very organized from the seating assignments to all supplies at your fingertips. All assistants were extremely helpful and pleasant. I would like to take additional classes but would prefer sitting up front at counter opposed to the table tops. Even though I must say, the viewing on the screen was quite helpful. I look forward to taking additional classes. Love the supplies you carry in your store as well......Especially your flavorings for baking and the high ratio shortening. Only store in area i know of to purchase these.
