Class: cooking sauces is new to me, and I could have greatly benefited from a quick summary before and after each sauce..... "here are the steps of the technique we are about to do"; then again when we finish. Also the written instructions sometimes left off important steps, such as "bring to a boil"!

This was my first cooking class and it was wonderful! Chef Dave was extremely informative and entertaining. It was a great learning experience - can't wait to go again.

Because of the amount of students and the work involved, class was longer than anticipated.

I am a beginner, and this class was a perfect primer on basic sauces. Chef Dave is knowledgable, organized and VERY patient, and the staff is awesome!

The assistants/dishwashers were so hardworking and dedicated. I think in their dedication they forgot to refill some waters.

This was a big class, so there were a literally a lot of 'cooks in the kitchen.' In the future I would probably choose a smaller group.

This class was everything the description promised, including the delicious food and wine. The chef was fun and knowledgeable and the class assistants were just as nice and helpful. It was a fun and relaxing night, but I also learned a lot. It was something different to do related to one of my favorite things to do - cook!
