I can't think of a thing that needed improvement. I was thrilled from the moment I came in to the minute I left. I loved it! And surprise, surprise, my hubby liked it quite a bit as well (he always complains about my chosen activities).

Rolling Pin is a store for all your senses. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Loved the free wine samples. The cooking class was just wonderful, informative and funny (Chef Dave that is). Their kitchen set up is impressive and well designed. All and all, a great experience! Wish I lived closer to it.

We came to the class and the store not knowing anything about Rolling Pin. It was a pleasant surprise to see the neat store with the great staff. The free samples helped to promote the food items (very good) and the rest was just great. A great lesson was the objective of our visit, and it was just that. We learned a lot and practiced. And we got to eat what we made and take the cliff-notes home. Overall a great experience that will encourage us to come back and recommend to others. Thank you Rolling Pin staff and owner Chef Dave

Need to coach technique during hands on portion of class. There was some coaching, however a person can easily fall through and not actually learn skills as there was no systematic evaluation on technique.There was some casual monitoring and it was not systematic. In short a person may think the are appling skill when in fact they are improperly performing task.

I have been talking about going to culinary school for a while now as I love to cook, and I always said I just want to know how to cut a tomato correctly. Next thing I knew my girlfriend gave me a gift certificate to attend your classes for my birthday. I did not learn how to cut a tomato however we did learn the chopping process (I am a chopper not a rocker) for celery, onions, potato, carrots and garlic. Maybe tomatos are in Knives 102 class... I will find out. Thank you Chef and Staff.

I'd like more detailed notes/recipes provided. There's so many tips and "extras" talked about in class. I'd rather be listening rather than writing i.e., best quality knives, differences in, etc. I've felt this in all the classes I've taken so far. I a notes writer b/c I don't want to forget anything! I'm rooting for ya'll. You have a great think going there (and, for once, it's in Brandon!)
