you should have a more prominent display for your class schedule. I was in your store 3 times before I found out you have classes. You'd think the full kitchen would have tipped me off, but I couldn't figure that out on my own.

Awesome and great experience from the start. The class was fun, hands on, and very informative. The structure and layout of the class makes for a great time while learning. Chef Dave is more than willing to provide the encouragement and motivation all in all while cracking jokes with the students and staff. Overall the class was a blast and we will return again.

Since this is the first cooking class I've ever attended anywhere, it's hard to judge but I certainly enjoyed the Hands-On class I attended. Depending on the subject matter I might also enjoy Demonstration type classes too.

Nothing. I was very pleased with the entire staff and the experience I had. It was a very enjoyable evening and I learned a lot. Also appreciated the handouts to refresh my memory when I attempt making sushi again. I did find the waiting list experience a little confusing and I guess I didn't know quite what to expect.

I think the first time heard of the Rolling Pin it was by word-of-mouth when I was looking for a particular cooking implement.....It was quite a while ago. Chef West made sushi making fast and fun. I though access to ingredients would be the hardest to deal with but he made that simple too. We can get everything at the Oriental Market or at the Rolling Pin. Thanks Chef! Keep up the good work!
