Frequently Asked Questions


  • Can I call in a registration?

    All registrations are done through our online reservation system by the customer with a secure server.  We are unable to accept call/walk in payments.

  • Can I sign up my child/teen?

    Most classes are designed for adults unless an age minimum is shown in the description portion of the class. Class fees are per person. Most classes run about 2 1/2 hours unless noted in description. Please do not ask for exceptions.

  • Do I need to bring anything to class?

    All utensils, food, recipes are supplied for you. You may want to bring an apron.
    Please where CLOSED TOE SHOES--No Sandals, flip flops, or heels. Hair needs to be tied back.

  • How can I cancel/change a class if I am within your cancellation policy?

    1) Sign into your on-line account and click on “My Classes

    2) Find the class you are canceling and click "Change” 

    3) Click on the box in front of the registered name.

    4) Click on the appropriated choice

    When you finish, your account will show an account credit. Refunds are given only as class credit. For your next purchase, the shopping cart will NOT automatically apply the credit and deduct the cost of your purchase from your account credit before it charges your credit card.  YOU MUST CLICK ON THE BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE “USE ACCOUNT CREDIT”.

  • What credit cards do you accept?

    We accept MC/Visa/Discover through our secure online payment system. This not only tracts enrollees but enables the customer to see how many seats are available in a class. It also ensures the customer agrees to and understands our cancelation policy and in the event of re-scheduling makes it easier to track.
