The atmosphere was: We liked the small class size. It enabled us to make more food, have plenty of space, and each get a chance at hands on cooking.
The food was: The best one was the chocolate chestnut mousse cake with the GANACHE! I'm not a mousse fan, but the one called for in the recipe had a lovely taste I don't believe I ate before. The whoopie pies were just ok. Maybe that's because I prefer really chocolaty desserts.
The skills you learned were: We liked how Annette mentioned baking tips and told us where we could purchase specialty items.
