The instructor was: The chef is away entertaining and helpful. In all the chaos always manages to keep her head and show us how to solve what could be a disaster. Very realistic for most of us and helps us to realize that you can make a mistake and still be successful

The atmosphere was: The atmosphere is what would make me come back - welcoming and non judgemental

Complexity of the recipes: I am still a little confused about the chestnut cake procedure.

The food was: I ate the chestnut cake last night and thought it was delicious .

The skills you learned were: I learn something useful every time - either about care of knives, type of salt to use, where to buy products, why all chocolate isn't the same.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: i always have fun and really enjoy the camaraderie of the class.
