The instructor was: Annette, you always make for a most enjoyable time and I find your style very refreshing and warm.

The atmosphere was: What a wonderful group of people attended, very interesting and from a large variety of lifestyles. You treat us like a group of your friends instead of students.

Complexity of the recipes: I am always learning new techniques.

The food was: Yum, we all enjoyed our meal and really ate a lot.

The skills you learned were: One never stops learning even if it is from another classmate re: peeling the pearl onions, and all the hints you share with us as we learn to become better cooks.
