Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Love Chef Annette! She's got charisma and zest and energy...and she's funny...and most importantly she's a great teacher. The atmosphere was: Great group...although we were a little quiet... Complexity of the recipes: loved the recipes...not hard to follow...and soooo tasty!! The food was: YUMMY!!! The skills you learned were: I learned so many useful skills. Love the salt seasoning..and know I finally know how to work with garlic...and which pots to buy...and what an heirloom tomato really is! I enjoyed myself and had fun: I had a GREAT time!!! Thank you so much Chef Annette!!

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Great sense of humor. Everyone in class has a great sense of humor too. The atmosphere was: Lots of fun learning while enjoying the company of others. Complexity of the recipes: I'm squeemish with raw chicken, but the rest of class was amazing. Great tasting food. I left there feeling like I can actually make the stuff. The food was: Delicious. The skills you learned were: I learned a lot of new things tonight that will help me in day to day cooking. I enjoyed myself and had fun: Great company and wonderful information I can use.
