The food was: Everything was really fantastic, especially the enchiladas and jerk chicken patties. And I love the option to grind the chicken. The texture was really great!
The skills you learned were: I have quite a bit of experience in the kitchen but Chef Annette offered so many great tips for less experienced cooks. Loved the "butterflying" lesson and the constant reminder to think of things in a creative way: Don't just see the recipe for what it is but what else it can give you.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: Really great experience. I'm so glad I snuck away from the family for such a pleasurable evening with adults.
