Complexity of the recipes: I thought the process would be much harder

The food was: i loved the pasta we made

The skills you learned were: the class was totally hands on..I had many opportunities to make and remake my pasta till I finally got the correct texture and feel for the pasta machines

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I always have a good time in Chef Annette\'s classes
