The instructor was: super nice and informative
The atmosphere was: it was a large class and a good group
Complexity of the recipes: only the baking part, which i never do
The food was: I have done chicken like that but never with sausage stuffing or leaving the skin on. it made so much more moist. it was wonderful
The skills you learned were: Ii was OK, but husband does not know how to cook and it was very helpful to learn and appreciate the work that goes into it.
