The instructor was: Good sense of humor along with lots of good tips.

The food was: I went to Trader Joe's the next day and found caponata and frozen grilled eggplant/zucchini. Thanks for the introduction to some new foods.

The instructor was: You made it seem very easy, and it is.

Complexity of the recipes: I like to work from scratch, but not 100%. I'm never going to make all my own sauces so this was right at my pace of wanting to experiment a little and use prepared items as well.

The food was: Totally my style and what I love to eat.

The skills you learned were: I loved all the little "tricks of the trade".
